Sea Salt Pyramid Flakes, vegetarian and organic. Traditionally harvested from the Mediterranean sea, the soft and delicate flakes are pyramid shaped which is the sign of quality and natures geometrical perfection. They can be crumbled between the finger tips, sprinkled or used in a grinder. Bright in colour and soft in flavour, it is an ideal salt to add to cooking, as well as direct to food about to be eaten. These flakes have a clean fresh taste and has no bitter after-taste often associated with other salts and salt substitute. It is free from any artificial additives and anticloging agents which can be harmful to your health.
