Such as: CNC machinery center, spark machine, wire cutting, grinding machine, miller, Lathe and 30 sets injection machine from 100T to 300T . Meanwhile, company has established advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system and concentration management system, realized information resources sharing and high speed delivery in company. Greatly improved the integration process of mold design and manufacture, supplied forceful guarantee for design and manufacture of various high, precision, sharp mold. Company reaches 500sets molds to be produced every year. Molds are suitable for material PP、ABS、PC、PE、PMMA、HIPS、EPES、EPE、 EVA、PS、PET、TPU、UPVC etc. Our company has been running according to ISO9001: 2008 quality management system.
