Specifications of silicone potting:

Two parts silicone, applicable to sealing, bonding, coating for electronic parts.

9055# is a solvent less, no odor, two-part silicone rubber, specially designed for electrical and el ectronic potting and encapsulating uses. It is suitable for batch processing or automated dispensin g. With different colors for better distinction, part A and part B are dark grey and cream white, r espectively.

It is applicable to bulk pouring with excellent electronically performance. It is applicable to seal ing, bonding and coating for electronic parts.

It can be cured in a 1: 1 ratio by weight or volume either at room temperature or elevated temperature for faster processing .

Features:

1. 9055# is low shrinkage, non-corrosiveness and durable silicone. It can be used for a long time un der the temperature of -60C ~200 C with the characteristic of moisture-proof and waterproof, radiati on-proof as well as weatherable and anti-ageing.

2. No significant exothermal or shrinkage during curing.

3. Very stable to changes of temperature, stability over wide temperature range (-50 to 200 degree).
