AM-SF1723 Single-axis CNC Rolling Machine
Applications:
This aluminum profile rolling machine is to combine thermal barrier strip or plastic profile with al uminum profiles to make thermal break aluminum profile. Hardened rolling discs are used to press the knurled profile and thermal barrier strip or plastic profile together, to make a composite profile that has great insulation effect.
Features:
1, Single axis CNC machine with six sets of hardened rolling discs. Two-axis electric control is als o available.
2, Six sets of rolling discs controlled by separate driving force guarantee stable rolling, high spe ed, and high efficiency.
3, Vertical and horizontal distance between each pair of rolling discs is adjustable for different s izes of profiles.
4, Step-less speed regulation. Taiwan HIWIN linear rail and precision screws are adopted.
