One year warranty is provided for the whole machine. In the warranty period, if there is any quality problem caused by the components, we shall be responsible for handling and replacing the parts and promise making a response within 4 hours after receiving the buyer's fault information. Maintenance personnel arrived at the scene within 48 hours and you can complain to us if more than 48 hours to the scene. The Seller shall be responsible for the maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period, and the expenses shall be born by the seller. If out of warranty , the Seller shall be responsible for the lifetime warranty, and only charge the cost. Any injury or damage caused by the equipment quality reasons under normal operation, the seller is responsible for free replacement parts and services, excluding illegal operation accident belongs to the buyer; the damage caused by the device for other reasons, the Seller shall have the obligation to replace any damaged parts.

When after-sales service engineer has reached the scene, troubleshooting will be carried out until the problem is resolved. The overhaul troubleshooting time of the equipment won't exceed 5 days, and the expenses of excess part shall be borne by the seller.
