The region is renowned for its extremely suitable conditions satisfying the specific needs of these molluscs. Snail eggs are known as white caviar - it’s a product gaining more acceptance and demand especially among gourmets. This exquisite product is a true delicacy and has great versatility in cooking. For the convenience of our clients, we offer the product in 50gr, 100gr and 1000gr packages. We have all the manufacturing, trading and quality certificates, required for snail caviar production available upon request.
