The steep incline conveyor belt is manufactured through secondary vulcanizing process. It is specially designed for transporting materials at steep angles up to 90 degrees or a vertical plane. The steep angle conveyor belt includes three parts: base belt, sidewalls, and cleats. The high angle belt conveyor features high strength, superior flexibility and durability for horizontal, steep incline, as well as vertical transportation. No cleats are required in horizontal transportation.
