[Product features]

The meaning of stiffening agents textiles refers to a fine performance fabric finishing agent; mainly for the cowboy washing plant, it can adjust the product handfeeling, change of chemical fiber products wearability, to overcome the soft floating disadvantage, Also can be used as a triad resin stiffening agent, improve its stiffness. After its process the fabric not only has high stiff handfeeling and can greatly reduce the usage of the environmental protection resin. Can be applied to all kinds of synthetic fiber (such as: polyester, nylon, etc.) and synthetic fiber and other fiber blended fabric (such as: polyester/cotton, polyester viscose linen, cotton, polyester adhesive, etc.), shrinkproof crease-resist stiff finishing. Non-toxic, does not contain the APEO, NPEO accord with environmental protection standard.

[Application]

1. Usage alone

Stiffening agent: 3-10%

Temperature: around 40℃

PH value: 4.5-6.5

Time: 5-15min

2. Compound with the triad of resin

Stiffening agent: 10-20%

Pure resin: 70-80%

Bath temperature: around 40℃

Note:

1. Both the instability of jeans surplus alkali and water ph value will affect the finishing effect, before finishing cleaning is required.

2. Although stiff agent is compatible with most of cationic and non-ionic additives, to be on the safe side, before mixed use should test its compatibility. The stability of the solution in extreme conditions will have a negative impact.

[Packaging and storage]

125 kg/polyethylene drum, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
