Three-core 11.8mm fluoroplastic insulation triple armored logging cable

1. Application:

Logging cable is applicable in logging, perforation, coring of all kinds of oil and gas.

2. Performance:

Logging cable is used for electrical equipment. It can be used for standing tension, system power su pply, signal transmission and the depth control.

3. Product scope:

All the products may be manufactured as the contract, and products of 150℃, 180℃, 232℃, 260℃ t his four temperature grade, the diameter ranged from 5.6mm to 13.2mm, and the cores ranged from one to seven of the logging cable can be manufactured.

14) The length of delivered cable is between 3000 meters and 8000 meters (between 9843ft and 26248ft ) per reel, allowable deviation is -2%~3%. Any length of cable can be delivered by mutual agreement.

Note: If choose anti-sulfur cable, the breaking strength will be 85% of above value.

5. Delivery Requirement：

The cable should be wrapped closely and tightly on the reel of which the diameter is not less th an 50 times of the cable diameter, and there shouldn't be any loose. Both ends of the cable should b e sealed, and the extra cable of the reel should not be less than 300mm.

6. Storage and transportation：

6.1 The cable should be avoided outdoor storage, and the reel should be stand on the ground.

6.2 It is not allowed to throw the reel with cable from high place during the transportation, mec hanical damage is neither allowed.

6.3 When packing while hanging, it is not allowed to hang several reels together. The cable reel should be placed stably on the track and ship and fixed well with proper method to avoid hitting and turning over.
