Sweden high quality Iron Welding Electrode / Welding material
Product Description
The solder's processing performance and machining performance is close to Z308. The welding electrode is not suitable for welding stress areas due to its high contractibility rate, lower strength of welding joint, less crack resistance, but can weld grey cast iron at normal temperature and low temperature perheating (at 300°C or so). The welding rod works on DC/AC with stable arc and handy usage.

2. Applications
The solder is used to weld and repair gear iron castings which don't need high strength.

4) Weldment: no need to preheat, good crack resistibility and process-ability
5) Both AC and DC applicable
6) Relatively expensive
7) Used for welding thin cast iron piece and repairing welding surfaces, such as the cast iron parts of cylinder covers, engine bases, gearcases and lathe guide rails.
