We can make mould for syringe TPE gaskets of all kinds of sizes. Also syringe barrel and plunger moulds we can design and tooling. We have rich experience can control well the dimension, surface polishing and gate position, parting line...
Those moulds can be cold runner, semi-hot runner, or full hot runner.
We have 23 engineers, 2D and 3D drawings for product and mold can be completed within 3-5 days then send you for checking.
Normally one mold can be finished in 3-6 weeks after the order confirm, depending its complexity.
We will fully consider the mold gate location, parting line, ejection mechanism and cooling systems to let you get best plastic product.
