N, O-bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide is an important pharmaceutical intermediate, mainly used as a neutral silylating agent in the silylation protection of amino groups, amino acids, phenols, carboxylic acids and enols. As a mild neutral silylating agent, it not only has high reaction activity and good selectivity, but also has the advantages of high reaction yield and simple post-processing.
