Our company introduce large CNC carving machines, whose precision can be controlled in 0.07 mm. The sheet size is within 1300mmx2500mm, it can crave or cut all kinds of shapes, round holes and multi-angle holes to meet customers requirements that is about all kinds of processing Technology of panel, cover and view.

The impact PC board is up to 3kg/cm. The impact strength of PC board is 250-300 times as high as common glass, is 20-30 times as high as acrylic sheets, is 2 times as high as toughened glass. And it's almost no fracture risk. The hammer with 3kg drops two meters and hit it, it's no crack. So it enjoyed the reputation of being of "safety glass" and "ring steel". Owing to excellent impact resistance of PC board, it can be cold formed under normal temperature or hot formed. Our company owns large Press Brakes and Heat chambers can process cold and hot formed for PC board within 2.5 meters. On site, PC board can be cold bended, install arched and hemicycle top or Windows according to drawings. Minimal bending radius is 100 times as thickness as used board.

Application:

Introduction:

It is cheaper than the other construction materials (the price is about 1/3 of aluminum board) and has more advanced features. Comparing with traditional construction materials, the tile has the following distinguished features:

1. Light transmission: Light transmission rate of PC board is up to 89%, comparable with glass. UV coated board will not get yellow, atomization, and poor transmittance. Light transmission loss only 6% after ten years.
2. Resistance to impact: Its impact strength is 250-300 times of ordinary glass, 30 times of acrylic plate with the equivalent thickness, and 2-20 times of tempered glass. It would not crack after falling down two meters with a 3kg hammer hit, known as "unbroken glass" and "ring of steel".
3. UV protection: One side of PC board is coated with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating; the other side is through anti-condensation processing, combining UV resistance, heat insulation and anti Dettol.

4. Light weight: Only half weight of the glass, saving the costs of transportation, unloading, installation, and supporting frame.

5. Flame retardant: Certificate of national standard GB50222-95, PC board ranks B1 level of non-flammable property. PC board's flaming point is 580 ° C. It features self-extinguishing away from fire, no toxic gases made when burned and it do not contribute to the spread of fire.
6. Flexible: It can be installed into arched form, semi-circular roof and windows by the way of cold forming way on the construction site according to the design blueprint. The minimum bending radius is 150 times of other boards. It also features heat bending.
