Vial filling line

Purpose:
This production line is mainly used for liquid dispensing or vial 2-50ml freeze-drying production, to be completed cleaning, sterilizing, filling, half or full tamponade, capping functions.

Features:
1. Linear arrangement, it is easy to operate, observe, debug, repair.
2. Linkage control line, simple operation, low labor.
3. Intermittent spraying water, servo system, PLC and HMI control, high automation.
4. Using high quality electric component, and control cabinet is separated with machine, the interference do not exists between electric component, it can run normally in high humidity environment.
