Welded steel wire mesh is made from low carbon steel wirerods, which undergo a cold rolling and straightening process, and then arranged certically in proper spacing in the welding equipment bothat line wires and at cross wires, and joint togetherby means of electric resistance spot-welding,trning into steel fabric mesh sheets.The mesh can also be directly welded from hotrolled ribbed wire Welding quality as well as stable wire spacing is assured throught the PLC control of the in-equipment welding program; strength and cross area no loss is suffered in criginal wire meanwhile.
