Complete Set of New Dry Process Cement Production Line

New dry process cement technology adopts new process of external decomposition of kiln to produce cement product. It is a cement clinker burning system which takes suspension preheater and external decomposition technique at the core and is oriented by the NSP kiln.

Our complete set of new dry process cement production line uses new technology and equipment in the homogenization of raw materials and fuel and energy-saving grinding. The whole line is distributed controlled by computer to realize the automation, high efficiency, high quality, low consumption and environmental protection during the cement production.

Our company can provide domestic and foreign customers with EPC and complete set of equipment for large cement factories with daily production of 1000-10000 tons. For a daily production at 1000-10000tons, the main equipment capacity: hammer crusher 60-1400 t/h, coal mill 24-140t/h, cement tube mill 6-240 t/h, grate cooler 1000-5000 t/d, vertical roller mill 18-600 t/d, rotary kiln 1000-5000 t/d, stacker reclaimer 300-2500t/h.
