A completed brewing system contains six parts: malt milling system,beer brewhouse.fermenting system,cooling system,control system and CIP system.Each DEGONG system can be configured differently depending on customer requirement or production plan. Let's briefly introduce some of important systems in the brewing system.

Beer brewhouse,the brewhouse contains four functions: mash,lauter,boiling and whirlpool.These four function can be combined into different configurations based on customer's site,budget and brewing plan.

The cooling system contains cold water tank,glycol water tank .

First,when the final step of wort preparation is completed, the temperature of wort is about 95 degrees, and the fermentation process is carried out in a low temperature environment. Therefore, after the preparation of wort, cold water and ice water flow through the plate heat exchanger to exchange heat with the hot wort and quickly cool the hot wort to the temperature needed for fermentation.

Secondly, the fermentation process generates heat. Once the temperature set for the fermentation is exceeded, the cooling system will automatically turn on to cool the fermenter.
