Zhejiang Laifual Drive Co., Ltd., gear manufacturing company, is a national high-tech enterprise founded in 2013, mainly engaged in research and manufacture of high precision harmonic reducers and planetary gear reducers. The total factory is 30,000 square meters.
Laifual adopts our newest developed "LS" tooth profile, which improves harmonic speed reducer's comprehensive performance a lot. Compared to the original "δ" tooth profile, the load capacity of our harmonic drive reducers/gearboxes increases 15%; temperature rise decreases 8-10 ℃; gear's fatigue pitting contact area decreases more than 30%; a lifetime is more than 15000 hours. The harmonic gearbox design and harmonic drive principle is not complex. This harmonic drive manufacturers have harmonic reduction gear, Nema 23 harmonic drive, harmonic drive transmission,etc.
