IGF-1LR3

IGF-1LR3 是一种分子量为 7.6 kD 的激素，分子结构类似于胰岛素。主要作用机制是通过与其特异性受体（IGF1R）结合来诱导细胞内信号传导。IGF-1LR3 是 AKT 信号通路最有效的激活剂之一。AKT 信号通路的激活刺激细胞生长和增殖，并抑制细胞 Chemicalbook 细胞的凋亡。IGF-1LR3 在完整 IGF-1 分子的 N 端添加 13 个氨基酸，形成 83 个氨基酸的长链 IGF-1。IGF-1LR3 在完整 IGF-1 分子的 N 端添加 13 个氨基酸，形成 83 个氨基酸的长链 IGF-1，并用精氨酸（R）取代 IGF-1 分子中的第三个氨基酸谷氨酸（E），因此称为 R3。与未修饰的 IGF-1 相比，IGF-1LR3 具有更高的稳定性和生物活性。
