All the stuffs meet with the green food standard, so Malt Extract is natural, safe and healthy, and can be applied in dairy, soybean products, bakery, cold food, beverage, health food, leisure food and culture medium, and very welcomed by customers. [Appearance] Light yellow to brown powder or scrap, no obvious impurity. [Taste] Sweet with typical malt taste, no peculiar smell. [Package] 25kg or 20kg per bag. [Storage] Solid malt extract should be kept properly, avoid from rain, moisture. [Shelf life] 12 months in normal temperature.
