Today, many cloud based wan optimization algorithms are used in enterprise WAN networks. However, not all IP packets are ideally optimized, especially when the data plane encounters network congestion.

GoSDWAN's approach is to create a high-quality computing network (Cloud First Network) by combining network nodes for edge computing with low-latency line systems (e.g. IPLC, IEPL), allowing the underlying traffic to bypass bottlenecks where congestion often occurs. Accordingly, GoSDWAN offers a PoP-as-a-Service cloud gateway service of underlay and overlay in sd wan. The paths between the cloud gateways are guaranteed with the service level agreement (SLA) and well optimized in a dedicated system with redundancy measures. Moreover, the cloud gateway node is SD-WAN ready (X86 Merchant Silicon) and can support most SD WAN solution providers' network functions virtualization (NFV) suites.
